So Simple and Delicious! Bell Pepper Spaghetti

Last night, my husband prepared the dinner. It was just shockingly simple and delicious, showing the typical Italian beauty. Nothing complex, no difficult technique, using not many ingredients, and enjoying the taste of each ingredient! I can’t recommend enough of this beautiful spaghetti!


2 large bell peppers, any colours should work.
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Pecorino cheese
200-250g of Spaghetti


1. Boil water in a large pot, and add salt.
2. Cut bell peppers and chop garlic.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a fry pan. Add garlic and bell peppers and saute.
4. Cook spaghetti. Meanwhile, take out least 1 cup of the salted water from the pot.
5. Right before the spaghetti is ready, add 1/2-1 cup of the water from the pot to the fry pan, and cook and mix until the sauce looks milky.
6. Add the spaghetti to 5 and mix with the sauce, and cook for 1 min.
7. Add black pepper, and if needed, salt too.
8. Serve with pecorino cheese.
