Easy Peasy Apple Pie

Sometimes we have spare apples or leftover of frozen pie sheet. This needs little effort to have a delicious apple pie. No need to make filling!

Ingredients
1 Frozen puff pastry (25cm x 25cm)
1 and a half apples, 5 mm sliced
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1/3 cup of sultanas
3 tablespoons of bread crumbles
5-6 pieces (cut with just a butter knife) of butter

Instruction
1. Preheat the even at 200C. Take a frozen puff pastry out from a freezer.
2. In a large bowl, mix sliced apple, sugar, cinnamon, sultanas and 2 tablespoons of bread crumbles.
3. Role puff pastry and cut in half. Move it on a parchment paper on a oven tray. You can cut into a different shape and make sure you have 2 each for bottom and top cover.
4. On one of the puff pastry, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of bread crumble avoiding 1cm from the edge.
5. Spread 2 on 4, then add small pieces of butter here and there, at 5-6 places.
6. Cover 5 with the other half of puff pastry and push the edge so that it seals.
7. Add some cuts on the top of the pastry with a knife, or stab it with a folk. Brush the top surface with whisked egg to get a shiny look if you like.
8. Bake it about 25-30 mins until it cooked with a gold colour.
