Asparagus Rolls

Quite simple and fun to make. I usually do with thin sliced pork, and you can do with beef or bacon.

Ingredients
8 asparagus
16 slices of thin sliced meat
Salt and pepper
For sauce
1 tablespoon of sake
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar

Instruction
1. Cut the bottom 1-2 cm of asparagus where it is hard. Then peal the bottom 3cm of asparagus. Cut the asparagus in half.
2. Place a slice of pork then an asparagus on it. Roll them together. Repeat this until finishing asparagus and the slices of meat.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
4. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and keep aside.
5. Add vegetable oil on a heated fry pan. If you use bacon, no need to add oil. Place the rolls with the end of the meat bottom.
6. Keep rolling them and cook about 3-4 mins. If asparagus is thick, cook longer.
7. Turn down the heat, and add the mixture of the sauce to a pan. Try to coat the asparagus rolls with the sauce and cook for 2 mins.
