Rosemary Soy Sauce Roasted Potatoes

I love a combination of soy sauce and butter. This cannot go wrong. So I added soy sauce with butter to rosemary roasted potato, and it came out really good with no surprise!

Ingredients
2 potatoes
4-5 pieces of garlic (optional)
1 tablespoon of rosemary, fresh or dry
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of butter
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Salt (if needed)

Instruction
1. Preheat oven at 180C.
2. Wash potatoes, and cut a potato in 4-6 pieces. Prepare 4-5 pieces of garlic with skin if you like.
3. Place potatoes and garlic on a baking pan, and pour olive oil and rosemary and mix well.
4. Roast 3 for 20-30 mins until cooked.
5. Take the baking pan out, then add a piece of butter and soy sauce and mix lightly.
6. Move the potato with soy sauce and butter back to oven, turn up the oven to 250C, and roast for 5-10 mins until the outside of the potatoes looks crispy.
