Rose Hoji Cha

A few years ago, my husband brought back rose Hoji cha as a souvenir from his colleague, and it was the most beautiful tea I ever had. I looked for the same package but had no luck, so I am brewing dry rose petals in Hoji cha leaves together. Usually Hoji cha should be ready in 30 secs after pouring hot water, but I recommend to leave longer for Rose Hoji cha to get the fragrance fully.

Ingredients (for 200ml of tea)

1 heaped tablespoon of loose Hojicha leaves
1.5 teaspoons of dried rose petal
200ml of boiled water

Instruction
In a tea pot, add Hojicha leaves and rose petal.
Pour boiled water.
Leave it for 1 min. Longer you leave, stronger it becomes.
