It is said turmeric has benefits. Many of my Japanese friends told turmeric helps your hang-over, and my Indian friend says it works well when you have a cold or feel weak. I believe they are all correct. I am not a specialist, but I do like this drink called Golden Latte, the beautiful yellow colour and the sweet smell is simply cheering up, and it works just so well when I am tired. When I usually want to have this golden latte, I am already tired, so I only use a microwave instead of using a pot.
Ingredient
Coconut and almond milk
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1 squeeze or 1 teaspoon of honey
1cm of tubed grated ginger
hot water
Instruction
1. Add turmeric, honey and ginger to your favorite mug cup.
2. Add boiled water to about 1cm from the bottom, and mix well.
3. Add coconut and almond milk to the mug cup, and mix well again.
4. Microwave for 60 secs, and mix well. Then bring it back to the microwave and run for 30 secs.
5. Taste it. If it taste bitter, it is not warm and the turmeric is not dissolved well enough so run for another 30 mins.
