Ingredients
2’Go” (rice cooker cup, 300g) of brown rice *1″Go” is 150g of rice
430 ml of water
Pinch of salt
(Optional) 1 piece of kelp (Konbu) or 1 teaspoon of ‘Hondashi’ powder
How-To
1. Wash brown rice in a large bowl lightly a few times, and rinse the rice in a mesh colander.
2. Put the rice in a pressure cooker, then add salt, Hondashi and water.
3. Set the pressure cooker with 22 mins medium pressure. If there is no ‘medium’ then choose ‘high’ pressure.
4. When it finishes the natural release, open the lid, and lightly mix the rice to give fluffy texture.
