I always like Chai tea my good friend makes. When she showed me how she makes Chai tea, I was quite surprised how simple it was. Her Chai tea is gentle and not that strong so that you can keep drinking.
Ingredients
Assam tea (loose leaves) *Can be English breakfast or other kinds of black tea.
Milk *Low fat is ok
Sugar *I sometimes use honey instead. Brown sugar works well too.

ginger
clove
Pepper corns * optional
Cinnamon stick * optional
Instruction
1. Crush ginger, cardamon, and cloves.
2. In a pot, add all spices, water, and assam tea leaves. 1 full amount of teaspoon per cup.
3. Boil 2 first for about 5 mins then add milk. The ration of water and milk should be about 1:1. Add sugar as you like.
4. Right before fully boiled, turn off the heat.
5. Strain and serve.
