We always have some rice left, and this is the way of keeping rice.
1. Tightly wrap the rice left when the rice is still hot. I usually make the amount of each to be about a usual amount of rice bowl.
2. Make it flat and leave it until it is not that hot.
3. Keep in a freezer.
It is important to wrap the rice tightly when it is still hot so that it still keeps moisture and steam of the rice within the wrap.
When you eat the rice, simply microwave about for 1.5-2 mins or until it is warm. Be careful not to get hurt when you open the wrap as it is quite hot! You will be surprised you still can enjoy the freshly cooked rice! It is very handy to have frozen rice so I usually cook more than we need and freeze the leftover (I cook 2 ‘Go’ =300g of rice and we eat slightly more than the half normally) so that we can have rice anytime we want without waiting or when you need small amount of rice.
