I think this is the best way to eat Brussels sprouts. You only need Brussels sprouts, olive oil and salt and pepper.
Instruction
1. Preheat oven at 200C.
2. Cut each Brussels sprout in half.
3. Place Brussels sprouts on a pan, drizzle olive oil and grind salt and pepper.
4. Roast about for 30 mins, until the outside looks slightly burnt and crispy.
